Shipping Locations

Run Bud Box currently ships to:

  • Ireland

If your country is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship there at this time.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the product price, unless otherwise stated.

  • Ireland: From €5.00 (standard tracked delivery)

  • International rates vary depending on location

Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Ireland: 2–5 business days

  • EU / International: 5–10 business days (varies by location)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Subscription Orders

For subscription customers:

  • Subscription boxes are shipped once per month

  • The dispatch window will be clearly communicated on the product page or via email

  • If you subscribe after the monthly cut-off date, your first box will ship in the following month

Billing dates and shipping schedules are aligned to ensure consistent monthly delivery.


Tracking Information

Where available, all orders are shipped using tracked delivery.

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are correct at checkout.

Run Bud Box is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses

  • Parcels returned to sender due to address errors

If a parcel is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Postal or courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume periods

  • Factors outside our control

Run Bud Box cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and work with the courier to resolve it where possible.
