For subscription customers:
Subscription boxes are shipped once per month
The dispatch window will be clearly communicated on the product page or via email
If you subscribe after the monthly cut-off date, your first box will ship in the following month
Billing dates and shipping schedules are aligned to ensure consistent monthly delivery.
Where available, all orders are shipped using tracked delivery.
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are correct at checkout.
Run Bud Box is not responsible for:
Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
Parcels returned to sender due to address errors
If a parcel is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
While we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:
Postal or courier issues
Weather conditions
High-volume periods
Factors outside our control
